Jess Bakeshop is a boutique artisanal bakery focused on sourdough, pastries and sweets with a creative twist. We craft everything onsite by hand using only the finest ingredients. We incorporate natural sourdough levain wherever we can for additional flavor and nutrition. Jess fuses flavors from her Korean heritage and French culinary training to produce exciting and delicious flavors for you to enjoy. We are always updating our menu with new and exciting items, so come back often! Everything we sell is scratch-made and handcrafted in-store using only the finest ingredients . We produce small batches to ensure highest quality. Sourdoughs are baked early morning.
