Jess Bakeshop is a boutique artisanal bakery focused on sourdough, pastries and sweets with a creative twist, owned and operated by wife-and-husband team Jess and Simon. We proudly handcraft everything in-store by hand using only the finest ingredients. Sourdoughs are baked early morning. We incorporate natural sourdough levain wherever we can for additional flavor and nutrition. Jess fuses flavors from her Korean heritage and French culinary training to produce exciting and delicious flavors for you to enjoy.
