Updated Hours + What to Expect ✨ (please share our updates!)
Starting this week, our Thursday hours are changing to match the rest of the week:
⏰ Thursday–Saturday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
⏰ Sunday: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Here’s what’s usually ready and when:
🥐 At 9:30 AM
– Fresh sourdough + sourdough focaccia (👀 focaccia fans: our gochujang aioli — usually a weekend-only special — will be available Thursday–Sunday this week!)
– Cookies, scone, sourdough milk buns& morning sandwiches (Egg Sando on Sourdough )
– Coffee, matcha & espresso drinks
– Some pastries
🥪 By 10:30 AM
– Sourdough Cinnamon rolls
– Full pastry lineup (including Kimchi pulled pork, banana salted caramel almond croissant filling)
– Lunch sandwiches, including our beloved ham & cheese on sourdough with Korean gochujang aioli, zucchini sandwich and other locating sandwich menu!
🍰 Around lunchtime
– cake slices and rotating specials
⏰ Weekly sourdough cinnamon roll pick up order is live now by tomorrow (link in bio : https://jessbakeshop.com/shop/)
We try to have everything ready when we open — and often, you’ll see it all right at 9:30 — but if you’re after something specific, these are the safest times to catch it!
We change things up often based on the seasons and a bit of daily baker’s intuition 🙆🏻♀️, but this is our general rhythm. Come early if you have a favorite 😍 — and thank you for all the love 💛
